Corona vaccination

All citizens whose second or third vaccination was 3 months or more ago can apply for a booster vaccination.

Of course we also administer 1st and 2nd vaccinations.

Procedure for corona vaccinations

• You can register for vaccinations with the practice staff during normal office hours.
• The requested amount of vaccine must be ordered 1 week before the vaccination date. Therefore, we ask you to be reliable or to cancel in good time with the practice team.
• At the vaccination date at 1st vaccinations please bring that signed information sheet and the anamnesis sheet (see below) , your insurance card and your `s vaccination card With.
• The insurance card and vaccination pass are sufficient for the booster appointment.
• The vaccination is carried out by the practice team after the paper work has been completed, just like other vaccinations.
• We will then give you the vaccination pass or a corresponding vaccination certificate.
  
• After the vaccination, please remain in the vicinity of the practice for 15 minutes. In bad weather, we will set up a lounge area.
• We are currently vaccinating/boostering under 30 year olds Biontech/Pfizer , over 30 years old with Moderna . Both vaccines are similarly effective and well tolerated.
• In our practice we vaccinate young people from the age of 12 with the relevant documents and signatures of the legal guardians (see below).
